The Transition Event – building the best future for young people with additional needs

The Transition Event, in association with Progress, is a great opportunity for young people with additional needs, their families, friends and carers to explore the many aspects of the move into adulthood.
The day has three elements to it, a conference which gives delegates practical guidance to allow them to achieve the best possible transition for the young people they support, an exhibition with over 50 stands covering a whole host of issues including education, support, mobility and employment and a series of workshops that will run throughout the day and are free to attend.
This is a great opportunity for young people with additional needs, their families, and carers to explore the many aspects of the move into adulthood.
