The guest speaker at this meeting will be Mark Dolman, the Disabilities Specialist Advisor, at the Livewell project. The Livewell project aims to help people in Derby live better and longer. As well as giving us information about the project, Mark will lead us in some physical activities especially adapted for people with disabilities.
