Transition Event
We are delighted to invite you to our Transition Event for young learning disabled adults in Derby on:
Tuesday 26th April, 4:30pm-6:30pm
The event will bring together local organisations, schools, young people, families and carers to share information and opportunities for young adults with Severe Learning Difficulties and/or Autism.
