Transition2 is a college for young adults with Severe Learning Difficulties, Learning Disabilities and/or Autism. At the forefront of educational changes in the 19-25 sector, Transition2 (T2) is committed to improving transition outcomes for learners within their own locality, supporting them to move onto meaningful opportunities in adult life at a pace commensurate with their level of understanding and support needs. In order to offer personalised, bespoke learning opportunities to young people with a range of interests, T2 is now looking to increase its bank of Sessional Tutors to widen its experienced and dedicated staff team.
Transition2 is keen to hear from experienced tutors/trainers with Hairdressing skills who are passionate about improving outcomes for young learning disabled adults.
The post offers an opportunity to work for a pioneering organisation committed to delivering meaningful transition opportunities for young learning disabled adults across Derby City and Derbyshire.
