Our Pastoral Team e-mail address pastoralsupport@transition2.co.uk and phone number 07345 466130 are managed daily by our Pastoral Team during term time between the hours of 08:30am and 4:30pm. Please phone, text or e-mail us using these details for all pastoral support, information and guidance relating to your learning programme, including help on:

• Personal, mental health, social or safeguarding concerns
• Learner attendance and notifying us of any absences
• Parent / carer point of contact for individual communications between home and college

For any pastoral queries outside of these times, please leave a message. Our Pastoral Team are only available during term-time so, therefore, may not be able to respond to you immediately outside of these core hours. In the case of a genuine emergency situation, we recommend you also call our main Transition2 phone number (01332 370978). We appreciate your patience, understanding and respect in this matter. For all other administrative matters, please email info@transition2.co.uk . Whole College communications and general updates will be sent to learners and families via this e-mail address.
