Graduation 2017

Learners, staff, families and friends came together on the 19th July 2017 to celebrate the end of another year at Transition 2.

The Graduation Ceremony was held in the iconic Pride Park Stadium, much to the delight of many of our learners who are Rams fans!

The graduating learners made their way from Transition 2 to the ceremony at Pride Park in style, enjoying the luxury of a limousine!

They were greeted by Transition 2 staff, families and friends who have all supported them throughout their learning journeys.

Learners on the Thrive Programme were presented with certificates to mark the huge progress made with their communication skills and social confidence.

We also congratulated our fabulous continuing learners for their hard work this year and look forward to their return in September.

Our wonderful graduates have made themselves, families, friends and staff so very proud and we wish them good luck on their journeys!

It was a wonderful day full of celebrations, laughter, friendships and achievements.

Thank you to everyone involved for making it such a memorable and special occasion.
